Amino Acid Supplement Patch

One month supply. 30 Amino Acid Patches – 29.95
Amino Acid Patch

Each contains: 30 Amino Acid Patches – One month supply.

Amino acids are organic compounds that combine to form proteins.  Amino acids and proteins are the building blocks of life.  Amino acids play central roles both as building blocks of proteins and as intermediates in metabolism.  Amino acids promote wound healing, reduce blood pressure, lower cholesterol, and even relieve pain.

Amino acid patch combines eight essential amino acids and one conditional amino acid – Tyrosine, in a transdermal time-release patch.  The benefit of a time-release patch, is that the amino acids are readily bio-available to the body over an eight hour period of time.

Supplement Facts

Each patch contains:
Lysine USP 12.75mg, Phenylalanine 11.25mg, Leucine 11.19mg, Valine 10.5 mg, Isoleucine 8.25mg, Methionine 8.25mg, Threonine 8.25mg, Tryptophan 3mg, Tyrosine 1.5mg

Lysine – Helps recovery from surgery and injuries, controls spastic disorders, controls viral infections, inhibits growth and recurrence of herpes complex.

Phenylalanine – Increases blood pressure in individuals with low blood pressure.

Leucine – Leucine stimulates muscle protein synthesis that helps to slow normal age related muscle loss.  Leucine is a branched-chain amino acid (BCAA) that our bodies can’t synthesize, so we must get it from certain foods or from a dietary supplement.

Valine – Valine stimulates protein synthesis directly in muscle tissue and helps our bodies maintain a proper nitrogen balance.  Valine also helps to stimulate the central nervous system and may also improve liver functions that have been impaired by alcohol or drug abuse.  Another unsynthesized amino acid.

Isoleucine – Isoleucine is critical to ongoing muscle maintenance and helps muscles store glycogen.  Isoleucine prevents protein deterioration during exercise.  It helps to repair, heal, and grow damaged muscle tissue.  Isoleucine also helps reduce recovery time after workouts.  Unsynthesized amino acid.

Methionine – Methionine is an efficient antioxidant that supports natural detoxification. Methionine supports joint health, brain function and healthy skin and nails.  Unsynthesized amino acid.

Threonine – Threonine is an important amino acid that supports many critical biological functions like the immune system, central nervous system, liver, and cardiovascular functions.  Threonine also helps to build and maintain tooth enamel and strong bones.  It also speeds wound healing.  Unsynthesized amino acid.

Tryptophan – Tryptophan may have antidepressant properties and is used for brain conditions associated with low serotonin levels.  Unsynthesized amino acid.

Tyrosine – Tyrosine is a nonessential amino acid the body makes from another amino acid called phenylalanine.  It is a building block for several important brain chemicals called neurotransmitters, including epinephrine, norepinephrine, and dopamine.  Neurotransmitters help nerve cells communicate and influence mood.
